Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order, contact cameron@vaporwaveplug.com within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Issues are handled case by case. Remedies may include a replacement, a refund, or a return.

If you're outside of the 7-day window or not entirely sure if something is incorrect please feel free to reach out anyway.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

EU customers

Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Contact cameron@vaporwaveplug.com to start a return. Items must be unused, in original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post the refund. If it has not appeared within 15 business days of approval, contact cameron@vaporwaveplug.com.
